Sam Medile

The “Godfather” of Parking

Parking is a multi-billion dollar real estate business. We started SLICE so you could get a piece of the parking pie. We’re offering you a simple way to use your existing lots after hours; grow your revenue stream and offer parking solutions to increase foot traffic. It’s good for local business.

Sam Medile, a former University of Maryland football scholarship athlete, brings over 35 years of business experience. He started in hospitality, owning restaurants and a tourism company, before turning his focus to the parking industry, where he helped build some of the nation’s leading parking companies, including Towne Park and Unified Parking Partners. Sam is passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs and is skilled in deal-making, investment, and relationship-building. He is currently a board member at Sworkit and an independent contractor for Parking Management Company. Sam lives with his wife Gemma and their three children.

Customer Experience

What our customers are saying:

“I never thought my parking spots could generate extra revenue.”

David R.,
Certified Public Accountant

“As an accountant with a small office, I never thought my parking spots could generate extra revenue. SLICE Parking completely changed that. With only 8 spaces, I earned $6,000 in the first 90 days. The software was easy to set up, and I get valuable data insights every month. Slice Parking has become an essential part of my business plan.”

Reverend Steven L.,
First Community Church

“With SLICE Parking, our church’s parking lot now serves the community even when we’re not holding services. In just the first month, we made $1,500, which helped fund new programs for our youth ministry. It’s been an easy and rewarding way to increase our outreach – and because we customize the hours, there’s always a spot for Sunday services.”
