SLICE works for lot owners (by making sure their empty lot is generating parking revenue typically after hours and on weekends). SLICE Agents earn commission on net profit for helping to manage their client’s spaces and messaging strategy.  The more lots you manage, the more you earn—there’s no cap.

SLICE Referral Agents earn a flat fee or commission (depending on the lead) when they refer qualified lot owners resulting in a successful onboarding. It’s a great way to earn extra income just by connecting people in your network.
